{ Review } The Swiss Colony Gluten Free Raspberry Linzer Cookies

Recently I received a LB of Gluten Free Raspberry Linzer Cookies to sample for review.  Let me just tell you that these cookies are perfection!!!!!!!! The cookie literally melted in my mouth.  Some people think just because things are "Gluten Free" that it means they are flavor free, when in all actuality that is so not the case.

A lot of people are gluten free.  Some just because they don't want the added preservatives, and others because their bodies can't process wheat like others.

Whatever the reason may be, these Gluten Free cookies would be a great Holiday Gift for those Gluten Free families!!!!

Just because ones diet restricts certain ingredients does not mean they still can't indulge in gourmet sweet treats!

    I'm always suspicious that gluten free will mean taste free, so thanks for the review. And they do look delicious and very festive.

    I agree with you...gluten free should not mean that you have to sacrifice a rich satisfying flavor! I've never had raspberry Linzer cookies, or any kind of Linzer cookies for that matter, so I'd love to try these. I do love raspberry and I've always heard great things about Swiss Colony so they must be good! Many thanks!

    You had me at "Buttery Sugar," but then I stumbled when I got to the "Raspberry" part. I've had some really nasty raspberry flavored desserts before. But you overcame my doubts! I would luuuurve to try them. I'm not worried about the gluten free part, I think the "buttery sugar" taste will remove all memories of wheat flour from my head.

    Right on, my brother is a diabetic and he still has treats. I've made gluten free dishes before and they aren't bad at all. Now the sugar-free chocolate is an acquired taste.
