Even us Parents need a “time-out” sometimes, and what better time to receive this gift from yourself than the Holiday Season.  There are those overwhelming days that the best gift for experienced parents is a little bit of “me time.”

This Holiday my "Me Time," is a Hot Shower, some Peppermint Tea before bed, and an Early Night without worrying about everything that still has to be picked up, and put out for tomorrow.  I promise to give myself that one Night of going Straight to Bed, and not running around getting everything ready!   We, as, parents, deserve to just be able to relax when the Children are finally asleep!  If just for one night the entire month, or one night a week, it's a beautiful Gift to ourselves to de-stress.
