I have been taking Geritol Multivitamins for about a month now. What I like about these vitamins is it's lack of taste. There is no weird vitamin after taste at all. I also like that the pills are normal sized, and not monsterious.
What made me want to try Geritol was the balance of 26 essential vitamins & minerals all into one pill.
What made me continue to take the vitamins, was it's energy support from B-Vitamins, Immune system support from antioxidants, and Bone Health Support from Vitamin D.
I am a firm believer that even if I eat as many fresh vegetables, and fruits, I am still not getting all the vitamins my body needs. That is why I take vitamins. It really is annoying when multivitamins want you to take a few a day for serving size. Also, always remember to ask a doctor before taking any kind of pills, even multivitamins.
I like how these vitamins make me feel. I've been getting up earlier, and going to bed sooner.
