Pack of Steak-umms
2 Green Peppers
Swiss Cheese Slices
Provolone Cheese Slices
Lettuce
Baby Leaf Spinach
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Onion

Preheat the oven to 250.

Fry the steak-umms, leave them whole sheets except the last one, Don't cook that one til you are sauteing the peppers, and onions.

Pat excess grease off, and roll a half slice of each cheese into the middle of the steak um, and place into baking pan. Repeat til all the Steak-umms are rolled up.

Pan fry Green Peppers, Onions and whatever steak-umm did not make it whole.. along with the one you saved haha. Add this ontop of the steak umms for baking. Put in the Pre-heated oven til melted. About 20 mins.

Cut up the Lettuce, and Spinach, and Cilantro together. Thin Slice the Tomatoes. Use these for Toppings when the Meat, and cooked vegetables are out of the oven & Enjoy!

I absolutely love Pastas, and this was a great substitute for it. I breaded the eggplant with Crushed Pork Rinds ( The pork rinds have enough salt, so I didnt add any salt in with the other seasonings,) added Garlic Powder, Pepper, and Italian Seasoning to the Pork Rind Mix before dipping the Eggplant slices into Egg, and then into the Rind Mix, I did this just once, but it was easy to pack onto. Also having a pan of Olive Oil just 1/2 thick, and already warm/hot is Key to frying these up, and keeping the Mixture on for an evenly brown. I did a layer of Egg plant, a layer of ground meat, sauce, layer of eggplant, layer of black olives, and a layer of Cheese. It's one of my favorite meals.

My baby boy turned 5 this month.  I can't believe it.  I wanted to have games at the party that he could participate in since he never gets to do things like that at others parties.  You'd be surprised at how much he's left out of.  I never want to do that to him, so I make sure on his day, we do things he can do.  So I gave Sy a carnival themed Birthday.  We did one of his favorite sensory things, water play, but as the Carnival Duck Pond game.

There also was a couple Stick the sticker on the Poster kind of games, like a Pin the Tail on the Donkey.  Every kid was a winner.   We blew up a lot of Punch balls, and balloons to throw around. We blew up inflatable swords, and animals for Carnival Prizes as well.  Sy had so much fun, and I could tell in his eyes, and his smile that he was enjoying himself.  He doesn't talk, but his eye's said it all for me.  He was happy, the moment that cake came out for him, he was  so happy.

If you want a few ideas for a Toddlers Birthday Party, have a Carnival Themed Party.  I even found a face-cut out Banner for Photo Ops.  The personalized Banner I painted myself that Says Happy Birthday Sy (The Poster Board Cost $1.00), while the red/white table cloth, and Face Cut out Banner was under $10.00.  I also found Red/White Popcorn Bowls to use for the Food Table at the Dollar Store as well.

My nieces dubbed it Best Birthday Ever.  If you have no idea what to do for your Toddlers next Birthday, do their favorite TV Character/Carnival Theme for Prizes.

What made me find this game more fun, was how interactive the music, and crowd was, with the songs being played.  I found it a lot different the past Guitar Heroes. The music is more Vast, and I do like a lot of different genres.

Which isn't a bad thing, It's more challenging now,  Even the tutorial, from the moment you turn the game on, felt more like Expert, which made it fun, and challenging. I like a good competition among friends, and this, has it. It felt more real, like the Tech was actually talking to me, instead of just Cartoony-ish Characters.  Even the Crowds cheering you on (just don't make them Boo you off the stage) feels real.

I went to the website, and requested a time/date for the Certified Sleep Consultant to call me.  I like that an Email was sent while making the appointment, and reminders.  The website is easy to navigate, and all I did was click the day I wanted to reserve my appointment.  When Christina called, she was very polite, informative, and asked me questions about my Son.  Some of my fears, and what others mothers told me to do, she helped me find a better alternative than sleep aides.  I like that Christina was friendly, and easy to talk to.  I started a routine with my son that is easy to follow, and he's bathed, and in bed around 8pm, no matter what.  Routine, and a healthy sleep schedule is everything.  I'm still learning, but I feel better that we all are on a schedule that is easy to follow. My favorite time to spend with my son now is taking him new places, and to the park,  the swing,  bath time, and reading to him before bed.  We do this everyday, and I love it.  His happiness means everything to me.
